DONATE 1% OF YOUR NET PROFIT

Donate 1% of your net profit for your complete SED points. You can earn your full 5 points on Socio-Economic Development (SED) just by donating 1% of your net profit after tax to Cotlands. Small enterprises can improve their SED rating by 25 points! We will provide the relevant documentation required by your B-BBEE rating agency for your score card.

DONATE COMPANY SHARES

Donating your dividends or shares are an excellent way to support Cotlands and can benefit you in several ways:

• Appreciated stock shares that you have owned for more than 12 months may provide greater tax benefits than giving cash.
• Receive a charitable income tax deduction.
• Eliminate capital gains taxes on appreciated stock that would ordinarily become due if you sell your stock prior to donating.
• Help Cotlands to meet complex needs of children who struggle to reach their developmental milestones.
