Cotlands is an advocate for the 20th World Play Day in South Africa. Cotlands is inviting all institutions (corporates, universities and schools) in South Africa to participate in a fun-filled 20-minute play session with fellow-colleagues, students and learners. Cotlands, in collaboration with Kagiso Trust and Takalani Sesame, will celebrate World Play Day on Saturday, 1 June 2019 in Zamdela, Sasolburg. Kagiso Trust’s objective is to improve the quality of school readiness for young children in the community. Kagiso Trust has selected five Early Childhood Development (ECD) centres to pilot this project. Cotlands is appointed as the implementing partner to train the ECD practitioners from these centres. Cotlands will be setting up interactive pop-up toy libraries at different locations across the country for National Book Week .
