Through the annual Balwin Charity Walk\, the developer strives to generously donate much-needed funds to various charities selected as beneficiaries of the event. This year marks the 12th anniversary of the Balwin Charity Hat Walk in the following cities: Johannesburg on December 1\, Cape Town on November 24 and Kwazulu Natal on November 17. \nCotlands is honoured to be selected as one of the charities at this year’s walk.
