Our new normal during lockdown

While our programmes are temporarily closed, our early learning facilitators and toy librarians remain in regular contact with our parents, checking in on our children’s well-being and encouraging parents to continue to facilitate different play-based activities at home.

Cotlands delivers a data-free parent portal to our beneficiaries, which we set up shortly after the initial lockdown was set in place. We created a zero-rated parent website link where we post weekly learning plan activities that parents can easily access. We also use this portal to share regular information on safety precautions to stop the spread of COVID-19, how to set-up tippy taps and more. There is also a form for parents to contact us if they require any support, advice or assistance during this period.
