FNB Run Your City Heritage Day Virtual Run

Cotlands is proud to be one of the official event charities at the FNB Run Your City Heritage Day Virtual Run that takes place on Thursday, 24 September at 8AM.

The entry fee costs R195 per runner, and you will receive a race pack  containing a race number, a limited edition event performance T-shirt and a cool pair of FNB running socks, all worth R300!

If you also enjoy a bit of speed in your runs, there is an exciting competition for you to participate in the last 100m of the event. The iconic #ForeverFaster PUMA Beat Bolt Sprint is also set to go virtual. The final 100m of the Virtual Run Course will make up the PUMA Beat Bolt Sprint.  The RYCS App will tell runners when they have entered the final kilometre of the run. The fastest male and female runners in the final 100m will each take home a R10 000 PUMA Retail Shopping Experience.

A short summary of the Virtual Run mechanics:

1. Online entries open on 12 August and close at midnight on 22 September
2. Runners enter the virtual run and choose 1 of the 3 route options they wish to run virtually (FNB Cape Town 12 CITYRUN / FNB Durban 10K CITYRUN / FNB Joburg 10K CITYRUN)
3. Entrants Race Packs will be delivered to the address provided, prior to race day (*T&C’s apply)
4. Entrants download the Run Your City Virtual Run Tracking App and need to create their profile
5. Entrants run between 08h00 and 12h00 on the 24th of September and use the App to record their time and distance in real time.
