Cotlands Values Campaign
We are excited to announce a new employee recognition programme, Cotlands values campaign. The campaign will run on a quarterly basis. The programme aims to identify top achievers in the organisation that demonstrate and live our organisational values of play, responsibility, excellence, impact, possibilities and responsiveness.
Cotlanders will nominate individuals online using the values nomination form. Please complete the nomination form (see below) .
A committee will assess all nominations and winners will be announced at the general meeting. We encourage all Cotlands employees to participate and recognise fellow colleagues that have delivered great work to our stakeholders.
