We’re still smiling from being awarded the SmartStart Greatest Club Performance accolade at SmartStart’s Night of the Stars last year.
SmartStart is a social franchise, which aims to expand access to quality early childhood development among the poorest 40% of children. Getrude Mabeza, who runs the SmartStart initiative for Cotlands, says the SmartStart playgroups that Cotlands established in the North-West are doing very well.
“The club was formed by a few franchisees collaborating on a monthly basis. They encourage, share and learn together. These clubs create a network across the country to work towards SmartStart’s common goal: change for 1-million of the country’s poorest children.”
