You can add Cotlands to the Woolworths MyDifference Loyalty Programme on the Woolworths app so we can continue providing vulnerable young children with access to quality early learning opportunities. The MyDifference programme allows you to support us; Woolworths donates a percentage of your purchases to Cotlands when you purchase from Woolworths or you swipe your MyDifference card.

How to add Cotlands as a cause on the Woolworths app:
1. Open the Woolworths app and tap the Loyalty icon on the bottom menu bar.
2. Tap on the ‘Causes’ icon under the Explore Loyalty menu.
3. In the search bar under ‘Explore Causes’, type Cotlands.
4. Tap on Cotlands in the search results.
5. Tap the ‘ADD CAUSE’ button.
6. You’ll see a confirmation message: ‘Cause Added’.
7. Tap ‘FINISH’ to complete the process.

How to add Cotlands by calling or emailing the Woolworths contact centre:
1. Call the Woolworths customer service centre at 0861 502 050 or email: rewards@woolworths.co.za
2. Provide your MyDifference card details and request to add Cotlands as your cause.

If you don’t have a MyDifference card, you can apply for one on the Woolworths website.
