Balwin Charity Hat Walk (Jhb)

Balwin Properties Ltd prides itself on giving back to the communities in which it operates. Through the annual Balwin Charity Walk, the developer strives to generously donate much-needed funds to various charities selected as beneficiaries of the event. This year marks the 12th anniversary of the Balwin Charity Hat Walk in the following cities: Johannesburg on December 1, Cape Town on November 24 and Kwazulu Natal on November 17.

Cotlands is honoured to be selected as one of the charities at this year’s walk. The organisers will support Cotlands in fundraising initiatives to help Cotlands impact the lives of vulnerable children positively.
