Kagiso Trust, Cotlands and Sesame Workshop celebrate World Play Day in Zamdela, Sasolburg

Cotlands, in collaboration with Kagiso Trust and Takalani Sesame, will celebrate World Play Day on Saturday, 1 June 2019 in Zamdela, Sasolburg. Kagiso Trust’s objective is to improve the quality of school readiness for young children in the community. Kagiso Trust has selected five Early Childhood Development (ECD) centres to pilot this project. Cotlands is appointed as the implementing partner to train the ECD practitioners from these centres.
Cotlands has invited children from the five centres and we are expecting over 300 children to engage in different forms of play on the day.
The event will attract key stakeholders involved in this project; Mayor from Metsimaholo, representatives from the Department of Social Development and Department of Health.
