Training as a Cotlands early learning facilitator (ELF) is a career game-changer for many people. Lerato is one of them.

“I never dreamt of being a facilitator. In fact, I didn’t have many options after I matriculated. But Cotlands has changed everything. Working with children and teaching them according to lesson plans has brought light into my life. Being an ELF has taught me, patience, perseverance and problem-solving. And I learnt that I have a passion for teaching children,” she says.
